Role: Manager

As the manager of the team it is my responsibility to ensure that all team members are utilising their skills. That each member has a role and are participating in the group. It is also to ensure that the jobs set are getting done to the timescale given.

I accepted this role to use my strengths but also to improve on my ability to delegate tasks and give up the control of all aspects.
